How does Jitra pricing work?

Jitra uses a subscription model based on the number of active objects. You can start with 1 object for free and add more objects as your fleet grows.

What is an object?

An object represents a tracked vehicle, GPS device, asset, or any entity monitored through Jitra.

Is there a minimum subscription requirement?

No. You can start with a single object and scale at your own pace.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Jitra subscriptions are billed monthly and can be adjusted as your operational needs change.

Do you offer discounts for larger fleets?

Yes. Automatic discounts are applied for every 100 active objects, making the cost per object more efficient as your fleet grows.

When will I be charged?

Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods depend on your region and may include bank transfer, credit card, and other supported payment providers.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes. You can adjust the number of active objects and add-ons according to your operational requirements.

What happens if I exceed my current object count?

Additional active objects will be included in the next billing calculation according to the applicable pricing tier.

What happens if a payment is overdue?

Access to certain features may be restricted until the outstanding balance is settled.

How much historical data is included?

The standard subscription includes 30 days of historical data retention.

Can I store data longer than 30 days?

Yes. Additional retention periods are available through Storage+ add-ons.

Will my data be deleted after the retention period?

Historical data older than the selected retention period may be automatically removed from active storage.
