How does Jitra pricing work?
Jitra has a Free plan, a Pro plan, and optional add-ons. Free covers one object with no time limit. Pro is Rp39,000 per object per month when you need more objects or integrations.
What is an object?
An object is a vehicle, GPS device, asset, or other connected item that is tracked in Jitra and counted for billing.
What happens when I upgrade from Free to Pro?
All objects are billed as Pro objects, including the first one. History retention increases to 30 days and API, Webhook, and email integration is activated automatically.
Is there a minimum subscription requirement?
No. You can start with a single object and scale at your own pace.
Is there a volume or annual discount?
Jitra currently uses the same Pro price per object at every volume and does not offer an annual billing discount. Separate commercial terms may apply only to device-rental arrangements for 50 or more objects.
Are API, Webhook, and email notifications included?
Yes, on Pro. Every Pro plan includes 25 API calls, 25 webhook deliveries, and 3 email notifications per object per day. Integration raises these quotas. Integration is not available on Free.
When do daily integration quotas reset?
Daily quotas reset based on your Organization’s timezone, not UTC or an individual member’s timezone.
How much historical data is included?
Free includes 15 days of history and Pro includes 30 days. On Pro, Storage extends retention to 90, 180, or 365 days. Storage is not available on Free.
How are add-ons billed?
Add-ons are available on Pro only and billed per object per month on top of Pro. Storage extends history retention, while Integration increases daily API, Webhook, and email quotas.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Standard Jitra Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Separate terms may apply to a special device-rental arrangement.
What currency will I be billed in?
Billing is processed in IDR. If you use an international payment method, your bank or payment provider may convert the payment into your local currency.
Are GPS devices included in the subscription?
No. The standard subscription covers the Jitra platform. You can connect a supported device you already own, obtain one separately, or discuss a device-rental arrangement for 50 objects or more.
When will I be charged?
Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle, based on your objects and selected add-ons.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. International payment availability may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes. Upgrades that add paid capacity take effect once payment or a prorated adjustment is completed. Reductions and downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
What happens if I add more objects?
Each additional Pro object is billed at Rp39,000 per month, plus any add-ons you apply to it.
What happens if payment is overdue?
If payment is overdue, access may be paused or restricted until the outstanding balance is completed.
