Welcome to Jitra.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform, applications, website, APIs, software, and related services provided under the Jitra brand (“Services”).

Jitra is owned and operated by:

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

“Jitra” means the platform, applications, website, APIs, and related services provided by PT Jiwalu Kreasi Studio.

“Services” means all services made available through the Jitra platform.

“User” means any individual, company, organization, or entity using the Services.

“Account” means a registered user account used to access the Services.

“Object” means a vehicle, GPS device, asset, or other entity registered within the Jitra platform.

“Subscription” means an active paid service plan used to access specific features or capabilities.

“Operational Data” means location data, telematics, trip history, events, and other operational data processed through the platform.

Jitra provides a cloud-based software platform for:

• GPS tracking,
• fleet visibility,
• operational monitoring,
• telematics,
• trip history,
• reporting and analytics,
• geofence monitoring,
• integrations,
• and other vehicle operation related services.

Certain features may be modified, updated, added, restricted, or discontinued at any time as part of platform development.

You may only use the Services if you:

• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement,
• use the Services in compliance with applicable laws,
• and are not prohibited from using digital services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Jitra complies with applicable operational, labor, privacy, telematics, and transportation regulations.

To access certain features, you must create a Jitra account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and up-to-date information,
• maintaining the security of your account and password,
• restricting unauthorized access to your account,
• and all activities conducted through your account.

You may not:

• share your account with unauthorized parties,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems,
• reverse engineer the platform,
• disrupt platform stability,
• misuse APIs,
• or use the Services for unlawful activities.

You must immediately notify Jitra if you become aware of unauthorized access or suspected security breaches involving your account.

Jitra operates using a subscription model based on active objects/devices.

Subscription fees may vary depending on:

• the number of active objects,
• add-ons used,
• data retention plans,
• additional features,
• or integration services.

Current pricing information is available on the official Jitra pricing page.

Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Jitra reserves the right to:

• modify pricing structures,
• introduce new features,
• or update service plans at any time.

Pricing changes will not apply retroactively to active subscriptions until the current billing period ends.

Users are responsible for making payments according to the applicable invoice and billing period.

If payment fails or becomes overdue:

• access to certain features may be restricted,
• subscriptions may be suspended,
• or Services may be temporarily discontinued.

Jitra may use third-party payment providers to process transactions and recurring subscriptions.

All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to use Jitra only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You may not:

• use the Services for illegal activities,
• misuse APIs,
• scrape data without authorization,
• distribute malware or harmful code,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• or interfere with platform operations.

Jitra reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

Jitra provides visibility and monitoring services based on data received from devices, networks, and third-party services.

Data accuracy may be affected by:

• GPS device quality,
• satellite signals,
• internet connectivity,
• device configuration,
• environmental conditions,
• and other technical factors.

Certain Jitra features also depend on third-party services such as:

• GPS devices,
• map providers,
• cloud infrastructure,
• mobile operating systems,
• push notification providers,
• and telecommunications networks.

Jitra does not guarantee that:

• location data will always be 100% accurate,
• events will always be delivered without delay,
• or Services will always be uninterrupted.

Users remain responsible for operational decisions made based on platform data.

Users retain ownership of operational data transmitted to the Jitra platform.

By using the Services, you grant Jitra the right to:

• store,
• process,
• display,
• transmit,
• and use such data

solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

Jitra does not sell customer data to third parties.

Data retention periods may vary depending on:

• subscription plans,
• add-ons,
• or applicable service policies.

Jitra mobile applications may be distributed through third-party platforms such as:

• Apple App Store,
• Google Play,
• or other distribution platforms.

Your use of the mobile applications is also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable distribution platform.

Apple, Google, and other distribution providers are not responsible for the Jitra Services.

Jitra strives to maintain stable and reliable Services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services may experience:

• downtime,
• delays,
• maintenance,
• network interruptions,
• or other technical failures.

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur at any time.

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

Jitra may suspend or terminate user access if the user:

• violates these Terms,
• engages in harmful activities,
• misuses the Services,
• or fails to fulfill payment obligations.

Termination may result in:

• restricted access,
• subscription termination,
• data deletion according to retention policies,
• and termination of API or platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jitra shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages,
• loss of profits,
• loss of data,
• business interruption,
• operational losses,
• or consequential damages

arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

Jitra’s total liability related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the most recent active subscription period.

Jitra may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made due to:

• service adjustments,
• regulatory changes,
• security improvements,
• or operational requirements.

The latest version will be published on the official Jitra website.

By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction within the Republic of Indonesia.
